Here's everything that you need to know... Where?
Larch Hill
Cost?
15 euros. You can give this to a leader in cash in an envelope with your child's name on Saturday or revolut it to Oran via http://revolut.me/oranavljf with your child's name in the message.
Start and finish times?
3pm start in Larch Hill car park on Saturday and collection at about 10am on Sunday morning, but if we're running late on the Sunday we'll message you.
We may look for a few parents to meet us at 215ish at the den on Saturday to help bring gear to Larch Hill and we'll definitely need parents to help us put away everything at the den on Sunday... but we'll remind you about this.
Consent forms?
All campers need to have a completed consent form to allow them to do an overnight activity. This is a separate consent form to the annual one. As it's short notice, Oran will print out all of these and you can just sign them at Larch Hill when you're dropping off your child.
However, if your cub will be taking medication on camp, you need to fill out the managing medication form from here and give it to a leader at the start of camp. We'll have a few spare copies on the day.
Packing and food?
Here's the full camping gear list for the campers. A key piece to note is that we'd expect all cubs to have had a full lunch before attending the camp and to bring a big snack for Saturday afternoon / evening as we'll be having a late dinner. As with the last camp, your cub is not to bring any sweets as we'll have a tuck shop in operation that is included in the camp's cost.
And finally Covid...
Hmm, we hoped we'd no longer have to mention this, but how and ever. As usual we'd ask you to use your common sense and keep your child home if they have symptoms or you have concerns they have Covid. This is especially important as they will be sharing tents.
