Group Badge Competition

The 37th Dublin Scout Group was started in 1971 and in 2021 we will be celebrating half a century of scouting. To commemorate this fantastic milestone, we are asking our youth members to design a new group badge.

The existing group badge (pictured here) is worn with pride by every scout and scouter in our group. It features the group colours, the Scouting Ireland emblem and a shield or crest shape.

This is a fantastic opportunity for one of our youth members to create a new symbol or our group that will be worn for years to come.

There will be prizes for the best entry from each section (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers) as well as the over all winner.

Youth members can submit as many entries as they like, all of the details are in the entry form, which can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
