MEMBERSHIP FEES
The scout unit relies on the payment of a monthly standing order as the primary
source of income to fund the cost of maintaining the scout den, training of leaders,
equipment and all group activities.
As agreed at our AGM in 2023, our current fees are:

1 Child - €20 per month/€240 per year

2 Children - €30 per month/€360 per year

3+ Children - €40 per month/€480 per year
The registration fee to Scouting Ireland for each child is 65 euro per year which comes out of this payment.

We do understand that everyone's circumstances are different and so we are flexible in our payment options:

Monthly - Please arrange one twelfth of the annual fee to be paid by Standing Order within the first two weeks of the month.

Annually - Please arrange payment by the end of November.

Accounts are prepared each year at the end of August and distributed at the AGM. At this meeting parents also hear about the activities of our scouts and get the full picture of how all our day and overnight activities are subsidised by the group.
